●二文が同じ意味になるように空欄を埋めなさい。
03.Whenever he goes to Kyoto, he visits the temple.
= He (never) goes to Kyoto (without) visiting the temple.
「彼は京都に行くと必ずその寺を訪ねる」
二重否定は肯定の意味になる！
never 〜 without …「〜すると必ず…」
no 〜 but …「…のない〜はない」
There is no rule but has some exceptions.
= Every rule has some exceptions.
「例外のない規則はない」
「どんな規則にも例外はある」

It's not unusual for them to quarrel.
「彼らが口げんかをするのはよくあることだ」
not unusual → usual
「普通じゃないことはない→普通」
nobody や nothing などの否定語は、二重否定には使えない。
